1)對于比較復雜的民用建(jian)筑,在設計階段,各工種(zhong)(暖(nuan)通、給水(shui)排水(shui),供電照明(ming)與(yu)(yu)建(jian)筑)首(shou)先應(ying)(ying)協商好(hao)空間分隔(ge),定(ding)出每種(zhong)管道(dao)的標高范圍(wei)。一般情況下不得越(yue)出給自(zi)己規定(ding)的界(jie)(jie)限。遇(yu)有個(ge)別(bie)管段要越(yue)界(jie)(jie)時應(ying)(ying)與(yu)(yu)其他(ta)工程協商。
2)解決各(ge)種(zhong)通風管(guan)(guan)道相碰及協調的原則(ze),一般(ban)為:“小管(guan)(guan)讓大管(guan)(guan),有壓(ya)讓無壓(ya)”。例(li)如,自來水(shui)管(guan)(guan)與風管(guan)(guan)相撞(zhuang),則(ze)應(ying)當自來水(shui)管(guan)(guan)拐彎。冷、熱(re)水(shui)管(guan)(guan)與下水(shui)管(guan)(guan)相碰,則(ze)應(ying)改變冷、熱(re)水(shui)管(guan)(guan)道。
3)施工前應(ying)設備總管的(de)(de)工程師,將(jiang)各(ge)(ge)工種的(de)(de)管線,單線畫(hua)在(zai)一(yi)張(zhang)平(ping)面(mian)圖(tu)上(shang)。每(mei)種管道用一(yi)種彩色(se)筆。在(zai)各(ge)(ge)交點處綜合(he)其(qi)標(biao)高,看是否有(you)矛盾(dun)之處,及時發現,將(jiang)問題(ti)解決(jue)在(zai)安(an)裝之前。
4)為了減(jian)少投資,節省空(kong)間(jian),減(jian)少
層高,有(you)些敷設(she)無坡度要(yao)求的管(guan)道,可以穿梁敷設(she)(如(ru)自來水管(guan)道,消防噴灑干管(guan)等)。
